Disability Support Worker | Community Access Support

We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting individuals with daily living skills.
Assisting with social and recreational activities.
Implementing and monitoring practices that promote a healthier lifestyle.
Empowering participants to achieve their personal goals.
This role involves working with participants with a range of needs, including both low-level support and complex care. Some participants may require assistance with medication prompts, while others may exhibit complex behaviours.

About You:
Qualified, empathetic, and skilled in behavioural support
Experienced in disability or community care
Versatile and available multiple days per week
Driver’s licence

Required:
First Aid Certification
Working With Children Check




NDIS Screening Check
National Police Check
Australian work rights
Vehicle & Comprehensive Insurance

Job Types: Casual, Contract

Pay: $34.00 – $43.00 per hour

Monday to Sunday

Blacktown Area, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
