Sunland Support are seeking experienced Experienced Disability Support Workers to service clients in a Centre Based at Chatswood -

Weekly from 2:30pm to 6pm

&/or

Weekend 9-5pm

Responsibilities:
Providing support to clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication supervision.
Providing support to clients with Centre Based Group Activities.
Assisting clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities and transport.
Monitoring and documenting clients' progress and reporting any changes in their condition to the office.

Essentials - What do you need to apply?
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (In Australia)
Certificate in Disability/Aged Care (Equivalent or Higher)
First Aid & CPR Certificate (Current)
Manual Handling Competency (Completed within last 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Police Check

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
