About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced TA's and Labourers to join our team at Metro Steel Fabrication WA in Bibra Lake, WA. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in our steel fabrication operations, utilising your skills to support the efficient movement and handling of materials across our facility.

What you'll be doing
Assisting with the general labouring duties, including preparing work areas, cleaning, and minor maintenance tasks
Ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping of all material movements and inventory
Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborating with team members to optimise workflow and productivity

Demonstrated understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
