Adjusting equipment settings and compaction techniques based on surface and compaction requirements
Collaborating with supervisors and other team members to coordinate operations
Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance on the roller
Following safety procedures to ensure a secure working workplace
Communicating with the site supervisors and crew members
About you
4 years of experience as a Front Roller Operator
Previous experience in Asphalt projects
Construction White Card
Current Driver's WA Licence
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
Ability to work safely around mobile plant and heavy equipment
Physically fit and capable of working in a hands-on construction workplace
Own Transport
Willing to work 12+ hours days / night shifts and weekends
Preferred: Roller tickets and HR
Location & Pay:
$ 40 - $60 hourly depending on experience
Weekend & night shift allowance
Casual to Full-time contracts offered
