About the Role

As an Educator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the service, delivering engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities
Support and deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences
Implement and reflect on the EYLF in daily practice
Ensure compliance with NQS and service policies and procedures
Build strong,



respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning workplace
Contribute positively to a cooperative and professional team culture

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
Sound knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
A current NSW Working With Children Check
Robust understanding of child development, health, hygiene, and nutrition
Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferred)
Knowledge of Child Protection legislation and current Child Protection Training
