Job Description listed below, but not limited to:
Hands on with Windows OS
Address user issues with hardware, software and network
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ticketing tool
Able to build current windows OS/images on Laptops or desktops
Follow up with users to ensure their systems are functional
Conduct remote troubleshooting
Customer oriented attitude
Good communication skills, work with wider teams.
Has knowledge on meeting room/Audio-Video
Working knowledge of MS-Office 365 suites/applications.
Network switch patching connection
