About the Role

As an Operations Coordinator you will effectively coordinate the traincrew and yard operations, ensuring cost effective deployment of resources while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Coordinate daily traincrew and yard operations
Ensure cost-effective use of resources and timely delivery
Be an integral part of the Kwinana Leadership Team
Oversee the movement of rolling stock and execution of the yard plan

You will:
Direct and manage allocation and utilisation of resources
Develop and improve systems to enhance supply chain performance
Lead and coach your team with clear goals and continuous improvement focus
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

(Working a 4 on 4 off roster -12hr shifts.)

About You

You’re someone who brings:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Train Driving and/or Shunt qualifications (preferred – training provided)
Cert IV/Diploma in Frontline Management or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Experience in yard operations or heavy industry logistics
Proven frontline leadership experience (highly regarded)
