TEN Recruitment is partnering with a well-established builder to appoint an experienced Site Manager for a $20m Development in Canning Vale

This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys being on site, coordinating trades, maintaining programme, and driving quality outcomes across a large, multi-faceted development. You’ll be supported by an experienced project team and clear construction systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations from early works through to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
Maintain construction programme, sequencing, and milestones
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met on site
Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and stakeholders
Drive efficient delivery across a large mixed-use / retail build

About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on large commercial,



retail, or mixed-use projects
Solid understanding of site coordination and construction sequencing
Confident managing multiple trades and work fronts
Explicit, practical communicator with strong leadership skills
Full Australian working rights
