Your Role
Provide best-practice pharmacy services across the hospital ward and dispensary, with a focus on medication safety and optimising patient outcomes.
Work closely with the broader healthcare team to support medication management, educate staff and counsel patients.
Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment while developing your clinical skills and professional practice.

We are seeking a motivated full time Pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and developing their clinical practice in a hospital environment. Key attributes include:
Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist registration with AHPRA.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong computer literacy, including dispensing software experience.
A commitment to medication safety and high-quality patient care.
Previous hospital pharmacy experience is highly regarded but not essential.
