MAKO's Flightfilm project aims to bring shark-skin inspired drag reduction to aircraft surfaces. We are hiring a Materials Engineer (Manufacturing Systems) to design and deliver the manufacturing platforms behind Flightfilm, reporting to the Head of Manufacturing Systems.
You will define processes, quantify risk, run evaluation activities, develop SOPs, and lead end-to-end system improvements to boost yield, throughput, and cost efficiency in a quick-moving startup.
