Western NSW Local Health District – Trangie NSW is seeking an Assistant in Nursing (MPS) to provide daily care to patients and residents at Trangie Multi Purpose Service. This permanent part time position (job share considered) offers 32 hours per week with a supportive rural health team.
You’ll assist with daily routines, observations, mobility and medication support, while maintaining accurate electronic records and collaborating with nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
