We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Chef to join our energetic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate culinary professional looking to grow within a reputable hospitality group.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in line with the venue’s menu and quality standards
Assisting in menu planning, development, and seasonal updates
Ensuring consistency, portion control, and presentation of all meals
Monitoring food quality, taste, and hygiene standards across all kitchen operations
Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising wastage
Receiving and storing food items in accordance with food safety standards
Working collaboratively with the Head Chef and kitchen team during busy service periods
Maintaining a clean, organised,



and compliant kitchen environment
Assisting in training and supervising junior kitchen staff
Ensuring compliance with WHS and food safety regulations

What We’re Looking For
Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
Proven experience as a Chef in a busy pub, restaurant, or hotel environment
Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
Passion for food, creativity, and continuous improvement
