Requirements
Previous experience managing others in a busy environment
Automotive/tyre industry knowledge and confidence discussing mechanical services
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build relationships and grow accounts
Solid customer service and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities
Drive sales of tyres, mechanical repairs, etc, building rapport with customers and trade accounts
Lead day-to-day workflow across the workshop and front counter to keep jobs running smoothly
Monitor performance and support the team to deliver consistent results
Provide outstanding customer service, including handling queries and resolving issues professionally
Manage stock ordering and inventory levels to support bookings and demand
Coordinate with technicians and suppliers to meet deadlines and maintain service standards
