We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical or Electrical Engineer to join a large-scale Wind Farm construction project. This is an excellent prospect for a motivated graduate looking to gain hands-on experience on a significant infrastructure project while working alongside experienced engineering and project delivery professionals.

With a stable 2-year project pipeline, you’ll play a key role in supporting quality, documentation, and engineering processes throughout the construction phase.

About the Role

As a Graduate Engineer, your primary focus will be supporting the project team with:
Preparing, reviewing and managing Daily Digital Construction Reports (DDCRs)
Supporting engineering documentation and project records
Assisting with quality assurance and compliance activities
Tracking engineering deliverables and project documentation
Supporting project engineers with technical and administrative engineering tasks

This role offers exposure to both field and office-based activities, providing valuable experience in renewable energy construction.

Roster & Hours
3 weeks on / 1 week off roster
Monday to Saturday
10.5 to 11-hour days

About You

To be successful, you will have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Recent graduate or up to 2 years’ engineering experience
Strong attention to detail and document control skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to work on a regional project-based roster

Desirable
Exposure to construction, renewable energy, utilities, or infrastructure projects
Understanding of engineering change management processes
Experience with document management systems
