The Role

As State Operations Manager, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of First Parking’s growing NSW portfolio. Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager NSW/ACT and based at our Darling Quarter office, you’ll be the on-the-ground expert who keeps every site performing, driving presentation, safety and customer experience standards as we scale into Sydney’s next growth phase.

What You’ll Bring
2+ years’ experience in an operational or facilities management role, ideally within property, retail or a similarly hands-on environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the confidence to make calls autonomously in a quick-paced environment.
Proven ability to manage relationships across NCC, equipment providers and site teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management, particularly during peak trading periods.
A hands-on, self-motivated approach,



with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant tertiary or vocational qualifications in business, operations or facilities management- highly regarded, but not essential.

What You’ll Do
Ensure every site is presented to a high standard, secure and fully operational.
Conduct workplace safety checks, equipment maintenance and low-level site repairs.
Deliver exceptional in office customer service that protects the First Parking name.
Provide weekly reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager on portfolio and asset performance.
Manage workforce planning and rostering, including evening and weekend trading coverage.
Continually review processes and policies to raise the bar across the portfolio
