Summary:

The Manager – Business Services Tax Advisory will play a pivotal role in providing expert tax advisory services to our diverse client base. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with Australian tax regulations while optimising tax strategies to enhance client profitability. The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals, fostering a cooperative environment that drives excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of tax professionals in delivering high-quality tax advisory services.
Develop and implement tax strategies that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough tax compliance reviews and audits to ensure adherence to Australian tax laws.
Provide expert advice on complex tax issues, including corporate tax, GST, and international tax matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.




Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and industry trends to inform clients and enhance service offerings.
Prepare and present reports and recommendations to clients and senior management.
Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and qualified growth.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification in tax (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax advisory or compliance roles, preferably within an accountancy firm.
Solid knowledge of Australian tax legislation and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
