About the role

Receptionist required for a busy Northside Smash Repairer. An interest in motor vehicles as well as Auto Quote (software) experience an advantage, but not essential. The position is permanent full time.

The Receptionist duties and responsibilities will be to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards. A qualified attitude and appearance is required. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, as well as valuable communication skills.
Greet and welcome guests
Direct visitors
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Keep records/filing up to date
