Our client is a large NSW Government Organisation who are seeking Senior Property Officer to join their team.
This role is responsible for the management of FM rental properties both commercial and residential. Ensuring trustee and financial management property related functions are high quality, timely, effective and customer focused.
Key Responsibilities:
Establishing recent leases and arranging for redirection of rents for existing tenancies.
Managing, arranging and overseeing the repairs and maintenance of rental properties as required.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding rental properties, such as real estate agents, contractors,
other NSWTG staff, customers and families.
Reconcile rental payments with end of month statements received
Maintaining and accurately updating rental data on CIS and Trim
Managing and maintaining the team rental email inbox
Selection Criteria:
Property management experience is essential.
