About the role

Manage the day-to-day operations of the service department, lead and support the workshop foreman, and deliver a high level of service to customers. You will schedule and allocate jobs efficiently, liaise with customers throughout the repair process, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

About you




Previous experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager or Senior Service Advisor role
Robust knowledge of heavy diesel, machinery or automotive repairs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and leadership abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and a commitment to getting the job done right
A practical, hands-on approach and a solid work ethic
