Based in a high-performing manufacturing facility in Corbould Park, this is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for both people and production — not just one or the other.

This isn't a clipboard role. You'll be on the floor, keeping machines running, managing workflow, and leading from the front.

Your new role
Lead a production team on the floor across roofing mill operations
Coordinate output and keep production flowing efficiently
Take ownership of equipment, maintenance, and servicing schedules
Ensure safety standards, procedures, and compliance are upheld
Troubleshoot production and machinery issues as they arise
Support training and development of team members
Step in operationally when required — this is a hands-on role





What you'll need
Manufacturing / production experience (essential)
Exposure to machinery, plant or equipment environments
Leading hand or supervisory experience
Forklift licence (essential)
HR licence (advantageous)
Strong understanding of safety, maintenance, and operational processes
