The Lorian Group is currently looking for an experienced Supervisor / Shopfitter to join a well-established fitout and refurbishment construction company based in Brisbane.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, managing their own projects and coordinating subcontractors, while still being happy to jump on the tools when required.

The Role You will be responsible for overseeing your own fitout and refurbishment projects from start to finish, with a strong focus on high-end hospitality and retail projects.

Projects are predominantly located across Brisbane CBD and surrounding inner-city areas, with the occasional project on the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast.

You will be responsible for:
Supervising day-to-day site activities and subcontractors
Managing project timelines and coordinating trades
Maintaining high-quality workmanship and site standards
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team
Managing deliveries, materials and site logistics
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
Getting on the tools when required to assist with the delivery of the project

About You We are looking for someone who:




Has a trade qualification in Shopfitting or Carpentry
Has previous experience supervising fitout, refurbishment, retail or hospitality projects
Is confident managing subcontractors and running a site independently
Is practical and hands-on, with a willingness to get on the tools when required
Takes pride in delivering a high-quality finished product
Has solid communication and organisational skills
Is reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously

A QBCC licence is not essential, however would be highly regarded.
