Working closely with our number one Agent in Lithgow, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day sales process while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a quick-paced and rewarding workplace.
About the Role
Provide administrative and operational support to the Lead Agent
Assist with property campaigns, open homes, and client interactions
Manage buyer enquiries and maintain robust client relationships
Coordinate appointments, database management, and follow-ups
Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service at every stage
About You
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the property sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficient in using technology and software relevant to property sales and management.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a robust desire to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for client meetings and property viewings.
