An established Sydney civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join its growing team.

You'll be pricing large-scale hospitals, schools, government and infrastructure projects across Sydney, backed by an experienced delivery team and strong project pipeline.

The Role
Prepare civil estimates and tender submissions
Quantity take-offs and first-principles estimating
Price labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
Review drawings, specifications and tender documents




Manage supplier and subcontractor pricing
Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering
Work closely with senior management and project teams

About You You'll have proven civil estimating experience, ideally across earthworks, excavation, drainage, concrete, pavements and general civil works.

Experience pricing major health, education, government or infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
