The Prospect
Join a future‑focused People & Safety team where your data expertise will directly influence smarter, people‑centric decision making. As our HR Data Analyst, you’ll own dashboards, insights, reporting and HRIS processes that support our national operations. If you love translating data into stories, improving systems, and building modern analytics solutions, this role gives you the space to innovate, create and make a meaningful impact.
Your Key Responsibilities
Deliver monthly and ad‑hoc people analytics, dashboards and reports
Manage HRIS data integrity, audits, compliance and system configuration
Analyse workforce insights and support performance, remuneration and review cycles
Design integrations, data models and Power BI dashboards for advanced analytics
Support People & Safety initiatives, projects, programs and stakeholder needs
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Software Engineering,
Programming or related discipline
3+ years in reporting analysis and HRIS/HCM/WFM systems (Dayforce preferred)
Advanced Power BI and Excel capability with strong data modelling skills
Experience with API integrations plus XML/JavaScript for forms and workflows
Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to improve systems and processes
Excellent communication
