About the Role Reporting to the General Manager Retail, you’ll lead a group of Kathmandu stores across Northern NSW, driving commercial outcomes, building high-performing teams, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations.

Building a strong selling culture and coaching store teams to exceed targets

Leading, developing and inspiring Store Managers and their teams

Ensuring best-in-class customer experience across all stores
