About the role

Green Genie Earthworks are looking for experienced and reliable operators to join our team, working across a range of earthworks, civil, and contracting projects throughout Perth. This hands-on role involves operating machinery safely and efficiently, supporting site operations, and contributing to high-quality project outcomes. There is prospect for the successful applicant to grow within the company and take on increased responsibility across projects.

Key responsibilities
Operate skid steer, posi track, and/or excavator machinery
Carry out bulk earthworks, site prep, and material movement
Maintain machinery and ensure protected operation at all times
Follow instructions from Supervisors




Work collaboratively with the team to meet deadlines
Perform general site duties and clean-up as required

About you
Current white card
Proven experience operating relevant machinery
Valid tickets and licences for machinery operated
Robust understanding of site safety and protocols
Able to perform physical tasks when required
Work through all weather conditions
Be punctual, reliable and respectful
Pass a Drug/Alcohol test and Pre-Employment Medical
Have full working rights in Australia
Police clearance
