Lawson Flats is a membership-based social club spanning three floors in one of the city’s last remaining Art Deco jewels. Our member community has access to co-working spaces, karaoke and listening rooms, an art gallery, movement studios, and Luis’ bar and kitchen at the heart.

We’re a private members club open Monday to Saturday — somewhere between gallery opening and your most functional group chat. A mix of food, drink, conversation, and the odd DJ set.

We are looking for the industry’s finest F&B; Attendants, bartenders and all rounders to join our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for both our members and crew.





Roles are structured across 4 days per week with full time hours available. Casual positions are also available with flexible days to suit your schedule. All roles are evening and night service across our Monday–Saturday trade.

Responsibilities
Delivery of food and beverage to our members
Taking orders and payments
Offer advice to customers on drink choices
Clean and maintain equipment and work area
Create a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests

What we’re looking for
Valid WA RSA certificate
Food Safety Certificate
Positive time management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Available for evening and night shifts
