Belgravia Leisure is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Coordinator to lead cafe and vending operations across Sydney's premier aquatic network. Reporting to Sales and Guest Experience Manager, you will ensure high standards of service, food safety and commercial performance across multiple venues.
You'll recruit, train, manage suppliers, control stock, implement menus and help grow the F&B; function as services roll out network-wide, in a highly visible hospitality leadership role.
