We’re looking for someone with robust leadership qualities, a genuine passion for early childhood and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families and educators.

About You You’re someone who:
Has leadership experience within an Early Childhood service
Is confident, approachable and leads with kindness and integrity
Builds positive and genuine relationships with families and educators
Enjoys supporting, mentoring and developing a team
Is organised, proactive and able to confidently manage the day-to-day operations of a centre




Is passionate about providing high-quality outcomes for children
Wants to grow their career with a supportive and expanding organisation

Essential Requirements
Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Working with Children Check
Current Child Protection and Food Safety certificates
Full Australian working rights
