Qube Bulk is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the Acland Project to oversee haulage operations and ensure safety, client and regulatory compliance. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a team of operators, assign shifts, coach staff and drive performance against daily targets.

Ideally you have 3–5 years in mining or heavy transport, with MC licence, robust skills in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and a proven track record in leading busy teams within a production setting.
