MYBOS is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for a six-month fixed-term parental leave cover. You will drive proactive engagement using health and usage analytics, lead a small team, and coordinate customer training while supporting accounts across Australia and Recent Zealand.
This role reports to the Head of Operations and requires full working rights in Australia. You will monitor dashboards, engage at-risk customers before churn, and collaborate with Finance on overdue accounts.
