This is a full time, permanent position on Afternoon Shift: 1.30pm - 11.30pm, Monday - Thursday.

We are seekingan Assembler / Trades Assistantto join our team at ourToowoombamanufacturing plant.

The role:
Assisting in the construction of Silos - sheet metal and assembly
Working safely and efficiently – solo or in a team
Taking pride in every job and following the lead of your leading hand
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

To be considered for this position, you must:
Be able to work Afternoon Shift 1.30pm - 11.30pm, Monday - Thursday
Experience or exposure to manufacturing, production, mechanical or warehousing
Have experience in assembly work,



putting parts together and making sure they fit correctly
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality
Team support working together in mechanical fitting jobs
Commit to safety standards and comply with WHS legislation
You must have full work rights in Australia in order to apply for this position.
Suitable applicants will undergo a pre employment health assessment including drug and alcohol screening.

About You:
Current Vehicle and Forklift licence and experience in operating a forklift (preferred)
A can do, positive, and cooperative attitude, and willingness to learn
Ability to work safely and responsibly and report hazards
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
Be able to work as a team, follow instruction and work independently
Have either a trade qualification or relevant fitting, assembly, or sheet metal experience
