Olympus Restaurant in Redfern, NSW is seeking a Chef De Partie for a full time role of 38 hours per week.

You will work across all kitchen sections, assist the head chef and sous chef with current dishes, and train junior staff to Olympus standards.

Salary is AUD 75,000–85,000 per year plus 12% super. Applicants should have a Trade Certificate IV or Diploma and at least 1 year of experience.
