Infinite Aged Care Ashmore is seeking an experienced Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor for a part time role with Monday to Wednesday morning shifts (06:30–14:30). You will lead the clinical care team, mentor RNs/ENs/PCWs, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality resident care within a supportive facility.
The role reports to the General Manager and involves collaboration with GPs, allied health and hospitals, with a focus on documentation, compliance and staff development.
