With a strong pipeline of work secured and multiple landmark projects currently under construction, they have built a reputation for quality workmanship, strong client relationships and successfully delivering complex projects across South East Queensland.

Your new role Due to continued growth, an opportunity has become available for an experienced Ceilings & Partitions Foreman to join the team. Working closely with the Project Manager and Site Management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of partitions, framing, plasterboard, suspended ceilings and finishing works across major high-rise construction projects.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing site-based trades and subcontractors
Coordinating daily and weekly work programmes
Monitoring quality, safety and productivity on site
Ensuring works are delivered in line with project schedules
Conducting toolbox talks and site inspections
Liaising with builders,



consultants and other trades
Assisting with procurement and material coordination
Driving a positive site culture and high-quality project outcomes

What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience as a Ceilings & Partitions Foreman, Supervisor or Leading Hand
Robust knowledge of commercial or high-rise residential construction
Experience managing partitioning, plasterboard and suspended ceiling packages
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Strong leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
Current Construction White Card
Reliable employment history and proven project delivery experience
