Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager III for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. This role requires solid end-to-end project management experience within Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading environments. You will be responsible for managing all phases of project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, schedules are met, and risks are proactively managed.

Base pay range

$50.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring milestones, tasks, and sub-tasks are completed on time and within scope.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, deliverables, and documentation.
Package project documentation, facilitate calls, gather data, and organize materials in SharePoint.
Create status reports and distribute to stakeholders.
Document meeting minutes and key business decisions (KBDs) from various conversations or meetings.




Track and manage risks and issues using RAID logs; identify, assess, and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
Ensure project quality by confirming deliverables meet agreed standards.
Maintain adherence to integrated schedules and drive timely completion of project goals.

Required Qualifications
5–10 years of project management experience.
Capital Markets and/or Sales & Trading project management background is required.
Robust core project management skills, including planning, tracking, reporting, and risk management.
Proven experience managing risk and issue coordination, time management, and quality assurance processes.
