HSE Advisor
Northern Suburbs (Office-Based) + Site Visits Near the Airport
Full-Time or 4-Day Week

Our client, an established business delivering projects near Melbourne Airport, is looking for an HSE Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic chance for a safety skilled in the 3–7 year experience range who wants genuine flexibility without stepping back from meaningful project work.
This role offers a mix of office-based work from the northern suburbs and regular site visits to projects out near the airport. A company vehicle is provided for site travel. Our client is genuinely open to a 4-day week (pro rata) or full-time hours — whatever suits your circumstances best.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day HSE advice and support across office and site environments
Conduct site inspections, audits and risk assessments
Support incident investigations and corrective action processes
Review and monitor compliance with SWMS and safety documentation
Assist with inductions, toolbox talks and safety training delivery




Maintain compliance records and support continuous improvement initiatives

About You
3–7 years' experience in a WHS/HSE Advisor role
Certificate IV or Diploma in WHS, or equivalent qualification
Solid understanding of WHS legislation, codes of practice and risk management principles
Comfortable working across both office and site-based environments
Current Driver's Licence
Solid communication skills and a practical, proactive approach to safety
