We are currently searching for our next Accounts Payable super star to join our Finance team at Head Office in Taren Point.

This is a full time (Mon-Fri), on-site role.

Key Responsibilities
Manual 3-way matching purchase orders through to invoice
Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and in a timely manner
Reconciling supplier statements to Supplier Ledger
Maintaining documentation including scanning
Assisting the finance team with ad hoc requests

Essential Criteria
Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in accounts payable
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively




Accurate data entry skills
Strong work ethic and a proactive approach
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable Criteria

· NetSuite experience

· Manufacturing experience
