Job Title: Handyman / General Maintenance Officer
Location: Windsor, NSW
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Position: Full-Time, Permanent

Our client is seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman / General Maintenance Officer to join their team in Windsor. This is a full-time chance based on a single site, offering secure, ongoing work with no travel between locations.

Key Responsibilities:
Carry out general building maintenance and repairs
Complete basic carpentry, plumbing, painting and patching works
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Repair and replace fixtures, fittings and equipment as required
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
Maintain a clean and organised work environment

About You:
Previous experience in a handyman,



maintenance or facilities role
Strong all-round maintenance skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and safety-focused
Trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
