About the Role

Located on the beautiful Central Coast NSW, Hamlyn Terrace Care Community offers a welcoming and cooperative environment where you can build a rewarding career while making a real impact on the lives of residents and their families.

We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working within a supportive and collaborative care environment, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.

What You'll Do
Deliver secure, effective and person-centred clinical care
Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families




Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
