The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Hobart, is seeking a hands-on Pastry Cook to support daily pastry operations across our outlets and events. You will prepare desserts, pastries, and baked goods, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in line with hotel standards.
