Key Responsibilities
Act as 2nd line escalation for complex incidents and problems
Support and mentor Service Desk engineers




Design and deliver infrastructure and cloud projects
Maintain and improve client environments across cloud, network, and security
Contribute to documentation, standards, and technical best practices

Required Skills/Qualifications
Strong experience in MSP or multi-client environments
Advanced troubleshooting across Microsoft cloud and infrastructure
Solid networking and security fundamentals
Ability to own problems through to resolution
Robust communication and client-facing skills
