JLL is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high quality executive support to the Industrial team based in Brisbane. You will maintain client contacts in CRM and Outlook, draft materials, and coordinate client events and travel arrangements.
You will work with the finance team on fee forecasts and cash receipts, support marketing submissions, and ensure reports and briefs are produced to a high standard.
