Security Officer – Full-Time
Location: Eastgardens, NSW
Industry: Retail and Shopping Centre
We are currently seeking skilled and reliable Security Officer/s to join our team at Eastgardens, NSW. This is an excellent chance to work with a reputable organisation that values professionalism, safety, and service excellence.
Positions available: Full‑time
Potential earnings/Award Level: 2

Shifts: Weekday and weekend | Day and night shifts

Roster: Day/Afternoon/Night – Available Monday to Friday 6:00am‑6:00pm or 6:00pm‑6:00am.

About The Role

Conduct patrols to ensure the safety and security of people, property, and assets
Provide a professional and approachable security presence
Respond to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance




Identify and assess risks, taking appropriate action in line with procedures
Adhere to all site and company security protocols

Complete incident reports and maintain accurate records

About You

A valid Security Licence
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Previous security experience (retail experience highly regarded)
Availability to work day/night and weekday/weekend shifts
Good physical fitness, as patrols are required
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Strong attention to detail
A reliable and punctual work history
