The Position:

Due to recent changes they are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated candidate to become an integral part of their small team. Working as the Office Coordinator you will report to the Business Owner and manage all aspects of Administration for the team. This is a busy role and will require you to utilise your solid organisational skills as you will constantly be managing various tasks simultaneously

The Responsibilities:

Some of your duties will include:
Requesting supplier quotes
Assisting in preparing project contracts




Ensuring all insurances are current and accurate
Providing PA support to the Business Owner
Assisting with customer enquiries
Managing equipment and facilities including uniforms, stock and amenities
Assisting with OHS Administration and processes
Assisting with Marketing
Other tasks as required

The Requirements:

To be successful for this role you must possess:
Robust proven experience in a similar role
Trades or Service industry background a definite advantage
Exceptional organisational and attention to detail skills
Excellent communication, coupled with an eagerness to learn
