About the Role

We are seeking reliable Production Operators. This is a hands‑on role suited to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or a similar production setting.

Monday to Friday 8-hour shifts Morning, Afternoon and Night shifts available $39.07 – $48.09 per hour + Super Ongoing casual position Full training provided Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production equipment within

Prepare, weigh and handle materials according to production requirements.

Follow batch instructions, GMP, safety and quality procedures.

Perform in-process quality checks and complete production documentation.





Monitor production processes and report any equipment or quality issues.

Maintain clean and hygienic production areas and equipment.

Work with the production team to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.

About You

Previous experience in pharmaceutical, food manufacturing or production is highly regarded.

Strong understanding of quality, safety and hygiene requirements.

Comfortable working in a rapid‑paced, hands‑on production environment.

Able to follow detailed procedures and production instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive and manual tasks.
