Longridge Aged Care is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead their respected organisation into its next chapter of growth and sustainability. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership, oversee operational and financial performance and ensure the organisation continues to deliver outstanding outcomes for residents, families, staff and the wider community.

The successful candidate will lead a dedicated workforce, foster a positive organisational culture, strengthen stakeholder relationships and guide Longridge through an evolving aged care landscape.

A robust understanding of governance, financial management, risk, compliance, and workforce leadership will be essential, along with the ability to drive innovation while maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker and accomplished people leader with a genuine passion for aged care, community service and the Limestone Coast region. You will demonstrate outstanding communication skills, sound judgement, commercial acumen and a proven ability to engage effectively with boards, regulators, employees, residents and community stakeholders.
