People8 has partnered with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Planning & Scheduling Team Lead for a permanent opportunity in Brisbane, with an ASAP start available.

We’re looking for a robust people leader who has worked in a rapid-paced, asset-intensive workplace and knows how to build the capability and performance of planning and scheduling teams.

This role is less about being the best planner in the room and more about leading, coaching and getting the best out of the team around you.
Lead, coach and develop a team of planners and schedulers
Improve team capability, accountability and performance
Drive planning and scheduling compliance and consistency
Identify capability gaps and implement coaching and development




Lead effectively through changing priorities and environments
Drive continuous improvement across planning and scheduling practices

Experience across water, wastewater, mining, resources, utilities, infrastructure, maintenance or similar operational environments will be highly regarded.

Location - Brisbane

Permanent role | ASAP start available

Up to $145,000 + superannuation
