Site Manager – Renewable Energy OperationsAcclaimed Workforce is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the operations and maintenance function at a large-scale renewable energy facility located in regional Victoria.This is a unique prospect for an experienced operational leader to take ownership of a complex, safety-critical asset and lead a skilled site-based team responsible for safe, reliable and efficient plant performance.The successful candidate will provide strong technical leadership, drive operational excellence, develop a high-performing team culture and continuously improve site systems, processes and reliability.The RoleReporting into the Operations & Maintenance leadership team, you will be responsible for:Leading and developing a site-based operations and maintenance teamManaging daily site operations, maintenance activities and operational performanceDriving plant availability, reliability and performance outcomesEstablishing and improving maintenance systems, procedures and processesManaging CMMS, maintenance records, reporting and asset informationOverseeing stores, spare parts, inventory management and procurement processesSupporting fault finding, troubleshooting and reliability improvement initiativesEnsuring compliance with safety, environmental and operational requirementsCoordinating contractors,
