You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with leaders across the business to attract and hire exceptional talent for roles within transport, logistics, warehousing, operations and corporate services.You'll play a key role in shaping our workforce while creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to onboardingWrite and advertise engaging job advertisements across all recruitment platformsSource,



screen and interview candidates across a wide range of rolesBuild and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needsPartner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment adviceConduct reference checks and manage all pre-employment complianceCoordinate onboarding and support new employees through their transition into the businessProvide HR support to managers on recruitment and onboarding best practicesMaintain recruitment reporting, candidate records and ATS dataPromote a positive, inclusive and professional candidate experienceAbout YouPrevious experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human ResourcesExperience recruiting within transport, logistics, supply chain or warehousing is highly desirableStrong understanding of Australian employment legislation and Fair WorkExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environmentExperience using recruitment platforms such as Seek, LinkedIn Recruiter and IndeedHR qualification (AHRI or similar) is advantageousWhy Join Wobbi Logix?
